About us | Our Story | Founding Partners As three Board-certified podiatrists, we founded Tripod Labs, Inc. in 1997 in order to offer our patients superior foot care products. Frustrated by the lack of effective products on the market, our goal was to develop products that would address the concerns voiced daily by our patients - namely, products that are effective, safe and easy to use and economical. Tripod Labs™ foot care products are uniquely effective because, through extensive research, we have combined the most effective elements of both traditional and herbal medicines in all of our formulas. As practicing podiatrists, we have built Tripod Labs™ on a foundation of specialized medical education, practical expertise, and, most importantly, personal and professional experience. We have learned from our patients firsthand about consumer needs - about the skin (i.e., dry, cracked heels, athlete's foot infection, and warts), nail care (i.e. thickened, yellow, fungus toenails) and muscle and joint pain in the feet, problems that need to be addressed and about what works. One of the most important factors in our successful development of Tripod Labs™ has been feedback from our patients, which has helped us to perfect our treatment program. We have spent several years researching different products and ingredients and have had great success with the combination of herbal (e.g., Tea Tree Oil, Lavender Extract, Garlic Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Oregano, Sunflower Seed Oil, DMSO and Mandrake Root) and non-herbal (e.g., Miconazole Nitrate, Urea, Retinoic Acid and Menthol) ingredients that form the basis of the Tripod Labs™ product line. We at Tripod Labs™ are pleased to share our herbal-based topical foot care products with you.
