Nail care

• cut nails straight across
• wear appropriate shoe gear, properly fitted, for exercise, sports and recreation to avoid foot and nail trauma
• avoid wearing shoes without socks
• apply Tripod Labs™ Nailstat™  Polish before you apply any colored nail polish

Fungal nail care

• use Tripod Labs™  Nailstat™ Formula for the treatment of fungal nail infections
• use powder to minimize foot perspiration
• allow shoes time to breathe between wearings
• begin Tripod Labs™ Nailstat™ Formula as soon as symptoms appear (such as thickened or discolored nails)
• avoid wearing shoes without socks
• avoid walking barefoot, especially in public showers and pool areas

Skin care

• drink plenty of water
• protect skin from the sun
• apply Tripod Labs™ Advanced Moisturizing Formula twice daily
• avoid prolonged exposure of the soles of the feet to cold or hot surfaces
• do not use harsh soaps on your skin

Prevention of Athlete's Foot infections

• avoid walking barefoot outdoors as well as in indoor public places, especially in common wet areas such as pools and showers
• use powder to minimize foot perspiration
• if you are prone to Athlete's Foot infections, begin using Tripod Labs™ Athlete's Foot cream as soon as symptoms appear (such as itching, burning or redness)
• avoid wearing shoes without socks
• do not wear the same shoes everyday

Prevention of Warts

• check feet daily for opening or breaks in the skin
• avoid walking barefoot outdoors as well as in indoor public places, especially in common wet areas such as pools and showers
• begin using Tripod Labs™ Plantarstat™ as soon as a wart appears

Prevention of Muscle and Joint Pain in the Feet

• wear appropriate, supportive and properly fitting shoes when exercising
• do not exercise through pain
• stretch before and after exercising
